Luther and Daisy

Luther is one crazy kitten. He acts more like a dog than a cat; but we'll keep him ;).

After we got married in August, we wanted a pet. We tried for a dog, but our apartment complex said no. The hard thing about a cat though, was that I (Emily) am allergic. But in October of 2009 we fell in love with a grey, playful kitty.

We quickly found that Luther acted more like a dog than a cat. He loves people, greats us and others at the door, gets upset if we don't pay attention to him, and he does a trick or two (of course, if he feels like it).

He is know 3 years old (his birthday is in May). We love him and are so glad he's so playful and fun!

On July 15, 2012 we found a new addition to our family.... Daisy! She is a 35 lb, 4 year old bassador (lab/basset hound mix). She looks like a lab with short little legs. Her previous owners are moving out of the county and cannot take her. So the local rescue brought her to Petsmart where Emily fell in love with her. She is house broken, crate trained, and gets along with Luther. Daisy is still warming up to us, but we love having her to love.
